Collaborate with course developers and instructional designers to resolve editorial queries and maintain alignment with style and organizational standards. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality copy within agreed deadlines. - Respond promptly to editorial feedback and comments. - Maintain strict adherence to prescribed style guides and formatting standards. - Work independently in a fully remote, flexible‑hour environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Edit and proofread technical courseware and ancillary materials for language, tone, and technical accuracy. - Review and address document comments and editorial feedback in a timely manner. - Collaborate with course developers and instructional designers to resolve editorial and content‑related queries. - Refine and format technical activity guides to align with organizational and style standards. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technical editing or proofreading. - Demonstrated experience with comprehensive writing style guides. - Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to edit content authored by non‑native English speakers. - Exceptional attention to detail and methodical review process. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Proven multitasking, adaptability, and deadline management. - Knowledge or interest in data‑center computing technologies (desired). **Required Education & Certifications:** - Formal qualifications or certification in editing and proofreading preferred.
