Job Description
**Job Title** IT Service Analyst **Role Summary** Deliver day‑to‑day IT support for employees, managing incidents, hardware, and user access. Provide 1st and 2nd level assistance, maintain detailed documentation, and coordinate with international teams on complex issues. Participate in projects such as deployments, migrations, and event support. **Expectations** - Reliable, friendly service that keeps users productive. - Proactive problem solving, taking ownership of tickets through resolution. - Availability for occasional after‑hours shifts and travel as required. - Clear, concise communication in English for internal coordination. **Key Responsibilities** - Respond to helpdesk tickets (ServiceNow preferred) and perform first‑line troubleshooting for device setup, network access, and application issues. - Escalate complex cases to senior IT staff and coordinate solutions. - Install, configure, and hand‑over IT hardware; maintain asset inventory. - Create, update, and archive error logs, incident reports, and knowledge base articles. - Assist with user onboarding, training, and briefings on new hardware or software. - Contribute to IT projects: deployments, migrations, office moves, and event support. - Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. - Support ad‑hoc IT tasks during business travel or outside standard hours. **Required Skills** - Practical IT support experience (minimum 1–2 years). - Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and user/account management. - Familiarity with ticketing systems; ServiceNow experience a plus. - Strong communication, customer service orientation, and reliability. - Ability to work independently and within a team. - English proficiency for internal communication. **Required Education & Certifications** - Completed IT training or equivalent coursework preferred. - IT certificates (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are advantageous but not mandatory.
