**Job Title:** Commercial Engineer (Sales Engineer) **Role Summary:** Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth for IT solutions, focusing on client portfolio expansion, sales strategy, and technical consultancy. **Expectations:** Achieve sales targets, foster customer retention, and deliver customized IT solutions aligned with client technical and business needs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Expand and retain an existing client portfolio. - Prospect new accounts (large enterprises, mid-sized companies). - Create tailored sales proposals and respond to tenders. - Identify client technical requirements in collaboration with pre-sales teams. - Promote IT service offerings (maintenance, cloud, managed services, hardware renewal). - Track sales, margins, and objectives; update Salesforce for reporting. - Collaborate with technical, project, sales support, and marketing teams. **Required Skills:** - Sales of IT solutions (enterprise, mid-market). - Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce). - Strong negotiation and client relationship management. - Technical understanding of IT ecosystems (servers, storage, networking). - Professional English; fluent in French (original role is bilingual). - Valid driver’s license for frequent travel. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent (3-5 years’ equivalent experience). - IT solutions sales certifications (Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, NetApp preferred). - Professional English language proficiency.
