Job Description
**Job Title:** Head of Customer Success (Customer Success Manager Lead) **Role Summary:** Lead the commercial success and operational excellence of the assigned region, managing a team of 4 (3 Customer Success Managers and 1 supervisor). Report directly to the Europe Sales Director and drive revenue, margin, and portfolio growth through contract renewals, expansion, and new service acquisition while ensuring seamless service delivery and accurate CRM data. **Expectations:** - Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Success roles, with 1‑2 years in people management. - Fluent English (mandatory). - Proven commercial agility in retention, upsell, and cross‑sell strategies. - Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire and unite teams around customer success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute regional priorities to achieve recurring revenue, margin, and portfolio growth targets. - Oversee contract renewals, upselling, cross‑selling, and acquisition of new services within the existing customer base. - Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers and a supervisor. - Collaborate with Pre‑Sales and Offer teams to design winning solution strategies aligned with evolving client needs. - Conduct weekly review committees and ensure 100 % CRM data accuracy throughout the contract lifecycle. - Act as functional manager to guarantee smooth service delivery in close partnership with the Customer Services Department. - Provide weekly performance reports and internal/external communication updates to Sales leadership. **Required Skills:** - Customer Success strategy & execution - Contract renewal, upsell, and cross‑sell expertise - Team leadership and people management - Strong stakeholder collaboration (Pre‑Sales, Offer, Service Delivery) - CRM proficiency and data integrity focus - Analytical reporting and performance monitoring - Commercial mindset with negotiation skills - Excellent English communication (written & spoken) - Leadership, influence, and motivational abilities **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - No specific certifications required.
