**Job title:** Business Developer Junior IT / Data
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for driving the growth of the consulting arm by generating high‑quality leads, managing a multichannel prospecting pipeline, and converting opportunities into signed clients. In parallel, the role facilitates the recruitment of IT/Data professionals to support client projects, ensuring a strong match between business needs and candidate skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Lead Generation & Prospecting**
- Identify and target decision‑makers (HR managers, IT leads, CSOs, CTOs).
- Build and maintain a qualified leads database.
- Design and execute multichannel outreach (LinkedIn, email, automation).
- Craft, test, and refine messaging sequences (cold, follow‑up, nurturing).
- Continuously analyze response and conversion rates; iterate tactics.
2. **Commercial Strategy & Pipeline Management**
- Co‑create acquisition strategies with senior managers.
- Pilot the commercial pipeline, monitoring key metrics (response rate, appointments, opportunities, closures).
- Actively participate in closing deals and contribute to company revenue and margin.
3. **Recruitment & Staffing**
- Identify IT/Data talent aligned with commercial opportunities.
- Qualify candidates, conduct interviews, negotiate terms, and close hires.
- Match candidates, clients, and business needs; ensure smooth onboarding of new consultants.
4. **Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
- Track and report pipeline KPIs to leadership.
- Provide insights for strategy refinement.
**Required Skills**
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Multichannel outreach proficiency (LinkedIn, email, automation).
- CRM & automation tool expertise: LinkedIn Recruiter, Apec, Welcome to the Jungle, Notion, BoondManager, PhantomBuster, Middleman IA, iCIMS, etc.
- Data‑driven analysis of campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive stakeholder engagement.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Autonomous, structured thinking, and capacity to juggle several initiatives.
- Rapid learning of new technologies and industry trends.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Graduate of a top‑ranked business school (Top 20) or equivalent degree.
- Preferred: certifications in digital marketing, sales, or recruitment.
