Job Description

Job title: ERM Implementation Advisor – GRC Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end implementations of the Protecht.ERM risk‑management platform, translating client requirements into functional solutions, building dashboards, delivering training, and ensuring successful adoption. Expactations: - Deliver fully configured, tested, and user‑ready implementations on schedule. - Produce comprehensive documentation and training materials. - Drive continuous improvement of client configurations and workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze customer requirements; translate into technical specifications. - Coordinate with internal and third‑party resources to schedule and execute implementation tasks. - Build and configure client‑specific dashboards, reports, data schemas, migration guides, and success plans. - Develop forms, workflow rules, and JavaScript customizations in Protecht.ERM. - Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams and internal stakeholders. - Provide post‑implementation support and documentation. - Monitor project progress, manage risks, and adjust plans as needed. Required Skills: - 2+ years of SaaS implementation or consulting experience, preferably in risk, GRC, or compliance solutions. - Strong project management and analytical abilities. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); reporting tools experience is a plus. - Problem‑solving mindset with creative thinking. - Knowledge of JavaScript and workflow automation highly desirable. - Passion for risk and compliance or a strong willingness to learn. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field. - PMP, Scrum, or other project‑management certification is a plus (not mandatory).
