**Job Title**: AI Product Owner
**Role Summary**: Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI-powered products, primarily the intelligent assistant (TC Co‑Pilot). Drive enterprise AI adoption, align initiatives with business goals, and foster a culture of AI-enabled innovation across the organization.
**Expectations**:
- Deliver a scalable, user‑centric AI product that enhances customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans, prioritize experiments, and iterate based on data and feedback.
- Champion AI literacy, demonstrating tangible benefits and guiding cross‑functional teams through change.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own and evolve the TC Co‑Pilot roadmap, increasing personalization using LLMs, customer data, and trend analytics.
- Identify high‑impact AI use cases, integrate AI into customer journeys, operations, and internal tools.
- Define AI product strategy and ensure all initiatives align with mission‑centric, human‑first principles.
- Run demos, education sessions, and lead change management to embed AI thinking organization‑wide.
- Write AI‑specific user stories, conduct experiments, and manage prompt/system performance metrics.
- Establish KPIs for product performance, prompt effectiveness, and AI adoption; iterate rapidly based on insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and stakeholder teams to build ethical, scalable, and delightful AI solutions.
- Stay current on AI technologies, platforms, and best practices; evaluate and onboard new capabilities that add business value.
**Required Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager, preferably with AI or data‑driven products.
- Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and associated ML workflows.
- Ability to write AI‑specific user stories, manage experiments, and track performance metrics.
- Strong collaboration with engineering and data teams; familiarity with APIs, cloud (AWS, Azure), and ML pipelines.
- Proficiency with product tools such as Miro, Azure DevOps, Aha!, or Gen AI prototyping platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Strategic thinking with rigorous prioritization and a user‑first mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field.
- Product Management or AI/ML certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, AWS AI/ML, or equivalent) are a plus.
