**Job Title**
Release Train Engineer (F/H)
**Role Summary**
Lead the SAFe Release Train for the “Outilleur Opérateur” program, coordinating 13 agile teams and Scrum Masters to deliver the Product Increment. Facilitate PI Planning, ART synchronization, Inspect & Adapt ceremonies, and ensure alignment with IT, Cloud, and Infrastructure services. Manage PI execution, reporting, and continuous improvement while updating collaborative tools and cultivating an agile culture.
**Expectations**
* Deliver on PI objectives and business value within defined timelines.
* Maintain clear, transparent communication across teams, stakeholders, and other RTEs.
* Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and impediments.
* Promote your team’s progress and celebrate achievements through demos and guilds.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare, conduct, and debrief PI Planning sessions.
* Coordinate Scrum Masters and agile teams across the train.
* Monitor PI execution and drive delivery of features, objectives, and business value.
* Lead ART ceremonies: ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt, demos, guild meetings.
* Track and report on progress indicators: features, objectives, business value, risks.
* Maintain collaborative tools (JIRA, GitLab, Confluence, iObeya, EasyBI).
* Ensure synchronization with other trains and DSIT RTEs.
* Champion continuous improvement and agile practices within the unit.
* Provide guidance on risk anticipation and solution design.
**Required Skills**
* Tool proficiency: JIRA, GitLab, Confluence, EasyBI, iObeya, Microsoft Teams, advanced Excel/macros.
* Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, and large‑scale agile frameworks.
* Experience with complex infrastructure, cloud (IaaS, storage, protection, data centers).
* Familiarity with ITIL v3 and operational processes.
* Agile leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and mentoring abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Analytical thinking, synthesis, rigor, and organizational skills.
* Risk anticipation and problem‑solving.
* Service‑orientation, team collaboration, and client‑service mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
* SAFe RTE certification (mandatory).
* SAFe Agilist or SPC certification strongly preferred.
