Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies targeting OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and MRO providers. - Build and nurture a portfolio of key aerospace accounts, engaging procurement, engineering, and programme stakeholders. - Coordinate with engineering, operations, and marketing to align product offerings with customer technical requirements. - Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and market intelligence; provide actionable insights to leadership. - Lead pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting via a CRM platform. - Represent the organization at trade fairs, industry forums, and client visits. - Mentor and develop junior sales staff, fostering a high‑performance team environment. Required Skills: - 5 + years of technical sales experience in aerospace, defence, or related sectors (Tier 1, OEM, MRO focus). - Strong understanding of aerospace systems and components (wings, aerostructures, bearings, avionics, interiors). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities. - Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office suite. - High level of self‑motivation, result orientation, and adaptive problem‑solving. **Job title** Automotive Cybersecurity & Embedded Systems Integration Engineer **Role Summary** Integrate and validate automotive cybersecurity controls into embedded infotainment and vehicle‑level systems.
