**Job Title** Senior QA Analyst **Role Summary** Lead testing initiatives for medical imaging software, ensuring compliance with FDA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards. Mentor junior QA staff, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and automate test processes to deliver high‑quality, compliant healthcare technology. **Expectations** - Deliver functional, regression, integration, performance, and user‑acceptance testing across multiple product lines. - Design comprehensive test strategies and plans that meet regulatory and industry standards. - Mentor and coach junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality excellence. - Interface with developers, product managers, and clinical specialists to define quality requirements and resolve defects. - Automate testing workflows using industry‑standard tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency. - Coordinate testing across multiple time zones for global releases. - Safeguard sensitive healthcare data in accordance with privacy regulations. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end‑to‑end testing of complex healthcare software systems. - Create, review, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and defect reports. - Perform manual testing, API testing, and performance testing as needed. - Develop automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, Postman, or equivalent tools. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.). - Review code and provide feedback on quality, potential defects, and best practices. - Verify compliance with DICOM, HL7, FDA 510(k), and other medical device regulations. - Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for distributed application testing. - Collaborate with clinical experts to validate imaging workflows and user experience. **Required Skills** - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual, automated, API, performance). - Experience with test management and automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, JIRA, TestRail, Postman). - Familiarity with Agile SDLC and cross‑functional team collaboration. - Analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis skills. - Ability to manage multiple test projects and deliver results on time. - Knowledge of healthcare industry standards: DICOM, HL7, FDA 510(k), HIPAA. - Programming skills in Python, Java, or C#. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of QA experience with at least 2 years in regulated healthcare environments. - ISTQB or equivalent QA certification is preferred. ---
