Job Description
Job Title: Account Manager Role Summary: Owns global enterprise and OEM portfolio, driving retention, renewal, expansion, and customer advocacy. Develops detailed growth plans, leads QBRs, and aligns joint success metrics while managing cross‑functional collaboration. Expectations: • 5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales, focused on existing accounts. • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise/OEM relationships with multiple stakeholders. • Strong commercial, negotiation, and forecasting skills. • Experience with renewals, upsell/cross‑sell, and business justification. • Comfortable conducting executive briefings and strategic reviews. Key Responsibilities: • Manage portfolio of global accounts, ensuring retention and renewal of ARR. • Drive expansion through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across software, subscriptions, and services. • Conduct QBRs, build growth plans, and align success metrics with customers and partners. • Champion customer success: onboarding, enablement, and adoption campaigns. • Analyze data, utilize CRM (Salesforce or equivalent), and forecast performance. • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Solution Architects to deliver solutions. • Represent the company at partner and industry events. Required Skills: • Enterprise account management and customer success expertise. • Strategic planning, negotiation, and revenue‑generation skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement. • Analytical mindset with CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred). • Relationship building, curiosity, resilience, and strategic insight. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • CRM certification (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) beneficial.
