Job Description
**Job Title**: Business Support Specialist **Role Summary**: Provide back-office administrative, operational, and commercial support to Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring seamless execution of sales cycles and administrative functions. **Expectations**: A highly organized, proactive individual with strong communication, multitasking capabilities, and attention to detail. Team-oriented with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage end-to-end sales cycle processes (order receipt to delivery). - Serve as liaison between clients and back-office operations. - Prepare quotations, contracts, and commercial documentation. - Support sales teams with field operations and client consumption tracking. - Collaborate with supply chain manager on invoicing. - Prepare technical and administrative bids for tenders. - Assist with marketing initiatives and manage administrative/office tasks. **Required Skills**: - Proficiency in office software and ERP systems (computer skills). - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Multitasking and stress management. - Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. - Proven experience in similar roles within medical devices, ideally nephrology. - Fluency in English required; knowledge of local regulatory frameworks preferred.
