Job Description

**Job Title:** Java Developer (M/F) **Role Summary:** Develop high‑quality, reliable Java applications within complex, product‑focused teams. Participate from business requirement gathering through design, implementation, testing, and delivery, contributing to continuous improvement and autonomous solution delivery. **Expectations:** - Deliver robust, detail‑oriented code aligned with business needs. - Collaborate closely with functional and technical experts. - Operate with strong autonomy while adhering to established development processes. - Engage in continuous learning, technical curiosity, and team‑driven product culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in business requirement analysis and functional specification. - Estimate effort and design technical solutions using Java ecosystem. - Implement features and functional components (backend and JavaFX UI). - Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and assist in validation of delivered work. - Identify, analyze, and fix defects promptly. - Contribute to regular delivery of value‑adding functionalities in an Agile Kanban environment. **Required Skills:** - Solid Java development experience (Java 8+), with proficiency in Spring, Maven, Git. - Familiarity with backend technologies: Spring, Kafka, Hibernate, Oracle, Elasticsearch. - Knowledge of distributed architectures (CQRS, Event Sourcing, Microservices) and DDD concepts. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), issue tracking (Jira), and source control (BitBucket). - Ability to work in a collaborative, Agile (Kanban) setting and follow coding standards. - Strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn from peers. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; proven Java development experience is essential.
