**Job Title:** Voiceover Talent Agent
**Role Summary:**
Responsible for representing, casting, and booking voiceover talent for commercial, audiobook, animation, and video game projects. Acts as the primary liaison between talent, clients, and internal teams, ensuring contractual compliance, fee negotiations, and client satisfaction.
**Expactations:**
- Maintain and grow a roster of quality voiceover artists, focusing on commercial, audiobook, animation, and gaming niches.
- Deliver proactive client and talent management, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
- Uphold professional standards in contract negotiation, invoicing, and database management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Cast and book talent for a variety of media: commercials, audiobooks, animation, video games, etc.
- Negotiate fees, prepare, and manage contracts, including invoicing and purchase orders.
- Source scripts, update client materials, and keep agency website and internal databases current.
- Track industry developments in TV, theatre, comedy, and emerging talent markets.
- Attend recording sessions and theatre events to strengthen industry relationships and talent pipeline.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in talent agency or comparable environment.
- Strong project management, organizational, and detail‑orientation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident, warm, personable demeanor.
- Deep knowledge of and enthusiasm for TV, film, comedy, and acting.
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Tagmin, Mailchimp, or similar).
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Arts Management, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in contract law, talent representation, or project management are an advantage.
