Job Title: Customer Engagement Specialist – Dutch Speaker
Role Summary:
Drive the seamless onboarding of new hotel customers onto Lighthouse’s Business Intelligence, Channel Manager, and Pricing Manager products. Own the implementation process, ensuring rapid adoption, satisfaction, and retention through coordinated collaboration with Sales, Care, and Product teams.
Expectations:
- Minimum of 2 years in customer care, onboarding, implementation, or related engagement role.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; additional European languages a plus.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and hotel‑tech ecosystem.
- Familiarity with BI, Benchmark Insight, Revenue Insight, or Channel Manager tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement new hotel customers onto Lighthouse products using Salesforce, SFTP, AWS, RunDeck, Gainsight, Grafana, and Intercom.
2. Execute onboarding playbooks: system configuration, channel & brand connectivity, reporting setup.
3. Identify and refine implementation processes to boost efficiency and accuracy.
4. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, and Product Management to ensure smooth transition and alignment.
5. Deliver best‑practice training sessions to drive ROI and product value; create training materials and knowledge‑base articles.
6. Conduct on‑boarding for customers at churn risk to improve adoption.
7. Manage multiple onboarding tracks remotely, ensuring quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience in customer engagement, onboarding, or implementation.
- Deep knowledge of hospitality industry and hotel‑tech platforms.
- Proficient with Gainsight, Intercom, Google Suite, and content‑creation tools (video, tutorials).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable presenting to varied audiences.
- Analytical, solution‑oriented, proactive mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely and juggling multiple concurrent onboarding projects.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Certifications in customer success, onboarding, or related areas are a plus.
