Job Description: **Job Title:** Service Delivery Manager SOC F/H **Role Summary:** Lead and manage the delivery of managed SOC/CERT services for multiple clients, ensuring contractual SLAs are met, and driving operational excellence across threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management. **Expactations:** - Deliver immediate operational expertise and relational strengths to support client needs. - Adapt communication style to diverse stakeholders (business, technical, executive). - Build long‑term client relationships and contribute to business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee day‑to‑day SOC activity for assigned clients, coordinating with technical leads. - Participate in weekly operational meetings and governance committees. - Draft and update contractual deliverables (service agreements, detection strategies). - Manage project milestones and complex requests. - Plan and execute operational schedules. - Track KPI performance, invoicing, and penalties; handle crises and escalation paths. - Coordinate incident management and post‑mortem follow‑ups. - Support sales with proposals and service improvement initiatives. **Required Skills:** - Project, team, and contract management experience (minimum 3 years). - Strong relational and problem‑solving skills. - Proficiency in English (written & spoken). - Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals; cloud security an advantage. - Comfortable with occasional client-site visits and proactive phone communication. - Service‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality delivery. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s +5 (Engineering diploma or equivalent). - Technical IT background; certifications in cybersecurity (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are desirable.
