Job Description: Job Title: Electric Vehicle & Sales Apprentice Role Summary: An entry‑level apprenticeship focused on electric vehicle sales, combining customer engagement, data analysis and sales processes within a modern automotive environment. Expactations: Complete the Performance Academy training, independently collect and analyse customer and market data, deliver accurate quotations, promote financing and ancillary services, resolve objections, negotiate terms, and sustain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building and maintaining relationships. - Gather and analyze customer needs and market trends to inform sales strategy. - Prepare precise quotations and cost calculations for EV purchases. - Present and upsell financing, insurance, accessories and service plans. - Address customer queries, handle objections and provide timely solutions. - Negotiate sale terms and secure agreements that meet customer and company objectives. Required Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Strong organisational and time‑management abilities. - Customer‑service focused mindset. - Ability to learn and apply automotive and EV product knowledge. - Basic proficiency with sales/CRM software and data entry. - Team‑player willing to work within a structured training program. Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum Level 3 qualification (e.g., A‑levels, GCSEs, or equivalent vocational course). - Full UK driving licence (preferred). - No prior sales experience or specific certifications required; apprenticeship provides foundational training.
