**Job Title:** Senior Marketing Executive
**Role Summary:**
Support Senior Marketing Managers in planning, executing, and optimizing go‑to‑market activations for beauty and wellness clients. Drive commercial performance and brand KPIs through channel, trade, and digital marketing initiatives while managing budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 3 + years experience in channel, brand, or trade marketing.
- Strong interest or experience in the beauty & wellness sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality.
- Commercial acumen with experience tracking budgets, ROI, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and analytical skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in creating and activating strategic marketing plans to meet client sales, AOV, acquisition, and retention goals.
- Maintain marketing calendars, coordinate toolkits, and support product launches, store openings, and promotional events.
- Monitor campaign performance, track spend, analyze results, and deliver actionable insights.
- Prepare presentations, briefing packs, and reports for internal reviews and client pitches.
- Serve as primary day‑to‑day marketing contact for clients, managing briefs and ad‑hoc requests.
- Develop and nurture relationships with client teams, suppliers, and third‑party agencies.
- Support visual merchandising: update planograms, coordinate promotional material, and conduct audits.
- Create social media assets, content calendars, and write captions adhering to brand guidelines.
- Produce POS, print, and event materials; manage production timelines and deliveries.
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and incorporate findings into client strategies.
- Manage marketing spend, raise purchase orders, maintain budget trackers, and ensure ROI visibility.
- Generate monthly client performance decks and contribute to pricing and code management.
**Required Skills:**
- Channel/brand/trade marketing execution (3+ years).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Creative design skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and detail‑orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; relationship‑building.
- Budget management, financial reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Analytical thinking with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and remain calm under pressure.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
