**Job Title:** Marketing Executive
**Role Summary:**
Execute day‑to‑day marketing activities for a remote SaaS platform focused on design system management. Coordinate content creation, social media, events, community engagement, and campaign support to sustain and grow brand presence within the design systems ecosystem.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end marketing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a consistent publishing cadence across web, email, blog, and social channels.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely completion and quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, design, sales) to align messaging and assets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Scale content engine: write, edit, and repurpose blog posts, emails, campaign copy, and short‑form video.
- Update website via CMS (WordPress), publish landing pages, and implement SEO improvements.
- Plan and execute organic social calendars on LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Instagram, and TikTok; produce channel‑native content and track performance.
- Engage community on Slack, review platforms (G2, Capterra) and coordinate outreach with influencers and PR partners.
- Coordinate logistics for webinars, meetups, internal events, and external sponsorships; promote community moments.
- Support campaign and project workflows: create assets in Figma or templates, maintain internal marketing hub, and remove bottlenecks.
- Report on campaign metrics, social analytics, and website performance.
**Required Skills:**
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (agency or in‑house).
- Proven execution of campaigns in events, content, social, or community domains.
- Copywriting for social, email, web, and blog.
- Strong organizational and project management; ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Basic design briefing capability; familiarity with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
- CMS proficiency (WordPress) and marketing automation (HubSpot or similar).
- Experience with SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs) is a plus.
- Basic video editing and AI‑tool utilization are desirable.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in digital marketing, content strategy, or social media are advantageous.
