Job title: Senior Salesforce System Developer
Role Summary:
Lead and mentor a development team in building and maintaining enterprise‑wide Salesforce solutions. Drive strategic initiatives that span multiple departments, delivering scalable, high‑performance backend and frontend components that enable sales, customer success, and business analytics.
Expactations:
- 5+ years of software development experience, 3+ years on the Salesforce.com platform; complex enterprise environment preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, and Python; familiarity with CPQ and workflow automation.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I & II, JavaScript Developer I, etc.) highly desirable.
- Professional English fluency; excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proven collaboration with developers, administrators, and cross‑functional stakeholders in a code‑declarative ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor, train, and conduct code reviews for team members across all skill levels.
- Own and implement platform enhancements that support sales, marketing, finance, and engineering teams.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver end‑to‑end solutions (design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support).
- Identify, document, and reduce technical debt while ensuring architectural alignment with Salesforce best practices.
- Design UX‑friendly interfaces using Lightning Web Components and validate user experience.
- Manage full software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous delivery.
- Establish development roadmaps, set measurable goals, and track progress for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand pain points, prioritize features, and provide technology recommendations.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce platform development: Lightning Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL.
- Programming: JavaScript, Python (or comparable languages).
- CPQ configuration and customization (preferred).
- REST/SOAP integration, middleware fundamentals.
- Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git).
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I & II; JavaScript Developer I; additional certifications (e.g., CPQ, Integration Architecture) preferred.
