**Job Title:** HR Projects Manager (FTC)
**Role Summary:**
Deliver HR operational excellence through project management and audit execution, supporting the Head of HR Operations & Compliance. Focus on planning, execution, and closure of HR audits, policy development, contract design, visa processes, and HRIS assessment to ensure compliance and continuous improvement within a complex, matrixed organization.
**Expectations:**
- Fulfill a fixed‑term (6‑month) contractual role delivering on project timelines.
- Maintain compliance with UK and international legislation, GDPR, and internal governance.
- Provide clear audit trails, update stakeholders, and report progress to senior HR leadership.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR best practices, policy updates, and contract design.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Administer audit processes: gather data, conduct audits, track and close audit actions.
- Review, revise, and draft HR policies, SOPs, and employment contracts for compliance across jurisdictions.
- Develop visa sponsorship processes and manage related documentation.
- Support HRIS (IRIS) review: assess data integrity, data availability, and potential system enhancements.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Programme, Regional Directors) and external partners (lawyers, auditors, HR service providers).
- Ensure alignment with data protection, GDPR, and internal governance standards.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and update reports to the Head of HR Operations & Compliance.
**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 5 years HR experience (operations/generalist).
- Proven contract design and HR compliance experience in UK and international settings.
- Project management in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Knowledge of visa sponsorship processes.
- Understanding of GDPR and data protection.
- Ability to analyse HRIS data and propose system improvements.
- Cultural awareness and change‑management mindset.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent HR professional accreditation).
- Relevant higher education degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or related field.
