**Job title**
Salesforce Solution Architect – Dutch speaking
**Role Summary**
Design, build, integrate and deploy scalable, secure Salesforce solutions (Service Cloud/Experience Cloud) for the Flemish government. Lead architecture decisions, ensure high‑quality, test‑ready releases, and coach internal teams in a public‑sector environment.
**Expectations**
* Deliver short feedback‑loop, phased go‑live releases.
* Produce documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
* Guide product owners and process managers through demos, impact analyses, and UAT.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Translate business decisions into Salesforce solutions and architecture designs using SDF/UML.
2. Coordinate with Product Owners, process managers, and key end‑users to define requirements and success criteria.
3. Design data models, security (FLS/CRUD/sharing), and declarative workflows; write targeted Apex, REST, SOAP integrations, and Platform Events.
4. Ensure seamless integration with VO building blocks, maintaining high performance and security compliance.
5. Own release management: code reviews, unit/integration tests, UAT triage, sandbox management, branching strategy, and CI/CD pipelines.
6. Prepare and lead demo sessions, impact analyses, and phased roll‑outs.
7. Document solutions, create runbooks, and handover to internal support and management teams.
8. Coach internal staff on Salesforce best practices and governance.
**Required Skills**
* ≥5 years as Salesforce Solution Architect.
* Proven expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flow, data modeling, and security.
* Hands‑on experience in API integrations (REST, SOAP), OAuth2/OpenID Connect, and Platform Events.
* Strong declarative design plus Apex development skills.
* Experience with SDF, UML for solution design.
* Familiarity with DevOps (git, CI/CD, pipelines, monitoring, logging).
* Release management, sandbox strategy, performance optimization, and error handling.
* Public‑sector and government‑context experience, especially within Flemish government or comparable agencies.
* Dutch language proficiency CEFR C2 (fluent).
**Required Education & Certifications**
* Salesforce certification (Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Architect, or equivalent) – preferred.
* Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience in enterprise architecture, data modeling, or software development.
