Director, Salesforce & Technology Solutions
**Role Summary**
Lead strategic account engagements and sales initiatives for Salesforce services, driving revenue growth, customer success, and delivery excellence within a multi‑million‑dollar portfolio. Act as C‑level trusted advisor and oversee program execution, risk management, and quality across global implementations.
**Expectations**
- Deliver consistent sales growth, meeting or exceeding pipeline, revenue, and margin targets.
- Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of Salesforce programs with high quality and client satisfaction.
- Maintain active executive relationships and serve as the voice of the client within the organization.
- Lead risk and escalation processes, safeguarding program integrity and reputation.
**Key Responsibilities**
*Sales & Growth Leadership*
- Own and execute sales strategy for Salesforce solutions within assigned industry portfolio.
- Identify new opportunities, shape pursuits, and direct proposal development.
- Cultivate relationships with Salesforce industry and account leaders.
- Mentor cross‑functional teams to launch innovative, industry‑specific solutions.
*Client Relationship & Account Management*
- Serve as overall relationship lead for assigned accounts, aligning client needs with Salesforce capabilities.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews, opportunity road mapping, and client satisfaction initiatives.
*Program Delivery & Risk Management*
- Provide executive oversight of Salesforce program delivery across accounts.
- Guide delivery teams on issue resolution, escalation, and resource alignment.
- Implement delivery governance, risk management, and escalation processes.
**Required Skills**
- 10+ years in technology consulting, 5+ years focused on Salesforce.
- Proven sales leadership in multi‑cloud Salesforce programs (Sales, Service, Experience, Industry Clouds, emerging tech).
- Strong stakeholder and executive relationship management.
- Expertise in program delivery, multi‑vendor environments, and global implementations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and emerging technologies (GenAI, Data Cloud, Agentforce, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.
- Industry domain knowledge preferred (Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecommunications).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Advanced degrees and Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Developer, Architect, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or relevant Industry Specialist certifications) are a plus.
