Job Description

**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Design, build, and operate cloud‑native microservices that enable RFID integration across the supply chain. Lead technical initiatives, deliver scalable, reliable TypeScript code, and shape engineering culture. **Expectations:** • Own technical direction for large‑scale system development. • Mentor and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. • Ensure high quality, well‑tested, maintainable code. • Communicate effectively in distributed and onsite environments. **Key Responsibilities:** • Write, test, and deploy TypeScript‑based microservices in a cloud environment. • Design and maintain scalable, fault‑tolerant architectures using Kubernetes, Kafka, and Terraform. • Lead projects that enhance service robustness and operational efficiency. • Collaborate with product, business, and partner stakeholders to define requirements and roadmap. • Contribute to engineering best practices and continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** • Extensive TypeScript backend experience. • Proven ability to lead development of large‑scale, cloud‑native systems. • Strong knowledge of microservice patterns, CI/CD, and automated testing. • Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and Terraform (preferred). • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. **Required Education & Certifications:** • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. • Relevant certifications (CKAD, Confluent Certified Developer, CI/CD) are an advantage.
