Job Title: Machine Learning Consultant Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning solutions for diverse real‑world projects. Conduct research on model fundamentals, pipeline stages, and emerging AI/ML technologies. Build prototypes, evaluate performance, and package solutions into client‑ready demonstrators and products. Collaborate across disciplines to innovate in new domains and push the state of the art. Expectations: - Deliver end‑to‑end ML projects from ideation to production-ready artifacts. - Adapt quickly to novel problem areas and resource‑constrained environments, including edge platforms. - Engage client stakeholders, understand requirements, and present technical solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, clean, and pre‑process data for ML models. - Rapidly prototype code and test feasibility of concepts. - Design, refine, and evaluate models across multiple techniques (e.g., computer vision, audio reconstruction, generative models). - Optimize models for GPU execution, familiarity with CUDA or similar hardware‑specific languages. - Package models and code into deployable, client‑ready demonstrators or products. - Maintain documentation, code quality, and best practices throughout development cycles. - Stay current with research and emerging frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX). Required Skills: - Strong foundation in Python programming. - Hands‑on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX. - Proven ability to build ML solutions for novel or constrained problems, including edge‑processing scenarios. - Broad knowledge of ML techniques (computer vision, audio, generative models) and rapid domain adaptation. - Familiarity with GPU hardware and associated programming (e.g., CUDA). - Client‑facing communication skills (highly desirable). - Experience in defense or high‑security sectors (highly desirable). - Eligibility for DV clearance and British nationality. **Job Title:** Simulation Engineer **Role Summary:** Develop and analyze physics‑based models of complex engineered systems using MATLAB/Simulink to predict performance, identify issues, and support design decisions.
