Job Description
**Job Title** Product Owner – Salesforce Integration **Role Summary** Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of CX Façade integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, MDM, portals). Define vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the API‑based integration layer, ensuring compliance with FHIR standards and Salesforce security/performance requirements. **Expectations** Deliver successful data integration solutions across global platforms, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and continuously improve platform stability, monitoring, and usability. **Key Responsibilities** - Translate stakeholder integration requirements into detailed technical specifications for the development team. - Design logical and physical data mappings, transformation rules, and routing compliant with FHIR and Salesforce integration patterns. - Oversee connector development, testing, troubleshooting, and end‑to‑end functional validation. - Monitor platform performance, reliability, and security; implement alerts, optimizations, and incident responses. - Maintain an internal catalog of core connectors under an API‑as‑a‑product model to mitigate API proliferation. - Analyze user feedback and usage data to drive iterative enhancements. - Manage the CX Façade product roadmap, resource allocation, and budget communication. **Required Skills** - Proven expertise in Salesforce integration with ERPs (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor) and API Gateway tools (Google Apigee, MuleSoft, or equivalent). - Strong knowledge of JSON, data transformation, error handling, and data consistency across systems. - Experience with production monitoring, incident resolution, and run‑time tuning. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influence skills. - Solid grasp of project management methodologies and Agile practices. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree (equivalent to Master 2) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent API integration credentials are highly desirable.
