**Job title** EMEA Marketing Lead **Role summary** Lead and execute the marketing strategy and campaigns for the EMEA region for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS organization. Partner closely with global marketing and regional sales teams to align on target accounts, develop account‑specific messaging, and deliver integrated campaigns across content, digital, events, and partner channels. Own ABM pipeline performance and contribute to the global marketing plan, ensuring regional insights shape product positioning and go‑to‑market activities. **Expectations** - Drive measurable pipeline growth and deal acceleration for enterprise accounts in EMEA. - Deliver localized marketing programs that reflect regional market dynamics while maintaining alignment with global priorities. - Provide data‑driven insights to sales, leadership, and global marketing leaders. **Key responsibilities** - Align with enterprise sales leaders on target accounts; craft messaging frameworks, playbooks, and field activities. - Coordinate with SDR, customer success, product, and solutions teams to refine value proposition and ICPs. - Lead integrated regional campaign execution (content, digital, events, partner channels). - Localize global campaigns for EMEA, adjusting tactics and messaging based on market realities. - Report on ABM pipeline KPIs and collaborate with the Digital Lead on paid media performance. - Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and thought‑leadership forums. - Develop joint marketing programs with strategic EMEA partners. **Required skills** - 5+ years B2B SaaS marketing to enterprise buyers, preferably in RegTech, FinTech, or enterprise software. - Proven expertise in designing and running ABM programs with senior sales leaders. - Strong grasp of complex B2B buying cycles and revenue‑focused pipeline thinking. - Experience in compliance, risk management, legal technology or related markets is highly desirable. - Success in creating go‑to‑market strategies for technology solutions at a high‑growth company. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. **Required education & certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred).
