**Job Title:** Staff Technical Program Manager
**Role Summary:**
Lead and deliver cross‑functional, large‑scale programs that enable containerized infrastructure and platform capabilities for a global advertising exchange. Drive end‑to‑end execution, aligning engineering, product, operations, partner management, marketing, and finance on high‑velocity initiatives.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver programs on time, within scope, and with quality focus.
- Maintain clear, actionable plans and roadmaps.
- Facilitate risk management, dependency resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Mentor teams on planning and delivery hygiene.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute multi‑team programs around container orchestration, infrastructure automation, and partner enablement.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define scope, requirements, and milestones.
- Own cross‑team coordination: manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Track progress, manage Jira/Confluence artifacts, and communicate status to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Lead planning workshops, set goals, and map clear delivery paths.
- Champion quality and resilience in software delivery through risk mitigation and testable outcomes.
- Coach teams to improve planning, execution, and delivery practices.
**Required Skills:**
- 5+ years of technical program management or equivalent experience in large, complex programs.
- Strong understanding of containerized systems, orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and distributed infrastructure.
- Proven ability to engage in technical architecture discussions and evaluate design trade‑offs.
- Expertise in program planning, risk management, and dependency coordination.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and agile planning tools.
- Ability to set and enforce quality standards and delivery metrics.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Certifications in program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or Agile (e.g., PMI‑Agile, Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus.
