Job Title: Executive Assistant Role Summary: Provide executive-level support to a Senior Vice President within a global manufacturing organization, acting as a strategic partner to facilitate seamless global operations and high-level coordination across multiple time zones. Expectations: Deliver proactive, self‑directed assistance; anticipate executive needs; maintain confidentiality; support urgent global matters, traveling internationally 1‑2 times annually; work remotely with a weekly onsite presence in Antwerp. Key Responsibilities: • Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone scheduling and itinerary coordination for the SVP. • Prepare, edit, and finalize advanced presentations for global town‑halls and executive meetings. • Organize comprehensive global travel itineraries and support international leadership events. • Serve as backup to local plant leadership, ensuring continuity of operations in Belgium. • Draft and manage professional communication with internal and external stakeholders at senior corporate levels.
