Content Executive (Multilingual)
**Role Summary**
The Content Executive leads the creation, translation, and quality control of international marketing and customer‑support content. Working across multiple languages, the role ensures consistent brand voice, high‑quality translations, and user‑focused messaging across email, push, social, and web channels.
**Expactations**
- Deliver polished, brand‑aligned copy in at least one of Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Polish.
- Achieve high translation accuracy using AI tools and manual oversight, meeting tight deadlines.
- Maintain and update glossaries, translation prompts, and tone‑of‑voice guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and external partners to plan content that supports business objectives.
- Produce customer‑service content that resolves user issues clearly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create, review, and edit glossaries and translation prompts for multiple channels.
- Translate and edit English copy to Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Polish, ensuring brand consistency.
- Write user‑centric content for FAQs, help articles, and service communications.
- Curate email, push, and social media copy for international campaigns.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule and execute content releases.
- Apply research and analytics to refine messaging and improve engagement.
**Required Skills**
- Fluency in English and at least one of Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Polish (verbal and written).
- High‑level translation proficiency between English and target languages.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation for web, email, and social platforms.
- Knowledge of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and adaptation for different media.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritisation under tight deadlines.
- Quick learning and strong research capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Linguistics, Marketing, or related field.
- Certification in translation/linguistics or content marketing is preferred.
