Adapt messaging and formats for diverse national audiences. Train local teams, establish best‑practice processes, monitor KPIs, and report performance using Hootsuite. Expectations - 5+ years of proven social media management in a B2B/B2C health context. - Advanced understanding of digital communication tools and social media ecosystems. - Exceptional written and verbal fluency in French and English; ability to create compelling copy in both languages. - Demonstrated creativity, autonomy, rigor, and analytical mindset. - Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.
