Director of Global Air Partnerships
**Role Summary**
Lead the global strategy, procurement, and partnership management of airline agreements to maximize commercial value, revenue, and client benefits. Oversee contract compliance, negotiate high‑value deals, and drive optimization of override, commission, and incentive income streams. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology to integrate airline strategies into client solutions and business development activities. Lead, develop, and mentor a worldwide airline procurement and revenue management team, ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and market awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute global airline procurement and partnership strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Negotiate, manage, and renew preferred airline agreements, maximizing value and client benefits.
- Build and sustain senior relationships with airline partners and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor contract compliance, performance, and financial returns.
- Own and optimize global override, commission, and incentive income streams.
- Design and implement reporting frameworks, KPIs, and analytics to track airline performance.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Technology to integrate airline strategies into client solutions, RFP responses, and automation initiatives.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the airline procurement and revenue management team worldwide.
- Ensure all airline contracts comply with governance, compliance, and ethical standards; proactively mitigate risk.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
**Required Skills**
- Extensive senior‑level experience in airline procurement, distribution, or revenue management (TMC, airline, or agency).
- Proven negotiation and contract management of high‑value commercial agreements.
- Deep knowledge of airline commercial models, distribution channels (GDS/NDC), and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with KPI development.
- Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Leadership and team development experience.
- Risk assessment, governance, and compliance acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, aviation, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
