Job Description
**Job Title:** Recruitment & Payroll Officer **Role Summary:** Responsible for full‑cycle recruitment of technical and support profiles, and for administering payroll and personnel administration. Acts as the primary HR liaison for employees and managers, ensuring compliance, accurate payroll processing, and effective HR metrics tracking. **Expectations:** - Deliver timely recruitment to meet staffing needs. - Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing. - Maintain high-quality HR service and communication with staff and managers. - Uphold data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source, screen, interview, and hire technical and support candidates. - Manage employee administrative records and onboarding/offboarding processes. - Handle disciplinary files and provide HR guidance to managers and employees. - Track and report HR KPIs (turnover, time‑to‑fill, recruitment rates, etc.). - Process variable payroll components, prepare data for the accountant, and validate payslips. - Conduct payroll audits and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards. **Required Skills:** - Proven recruitment expertise (minimum 3 years). - Strong knowledge of payroll administration and HR regulations. - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities. - High level of rigor, organization, and analytical capability. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - No specific certifications required; professional HR or payroll qualifications are a plus.
