Required Skills • 2+ years in BBQ or beer industry or related consumer marketing. • 2+ years in marketing, advertising or media, preferably with consumer brands. • Proven event activation and brand partnership execution. • Strategic marketing vision with clear execution. • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication. • Budget management and program delivery. • Strong organizational, prioritization and leadership in entrepreneurial settings. • Deep knowledge of BBQ and beer culture and regional styles. Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer Role Summary Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise‑scale solutions across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and B2B Commerce. Lead technical design, code quality, performance optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration. Mentor junior developers and enforce Salesforce best practices. Expectations - Deliver high‑quality, maintainable code within project timelines. - Mentor peers and uphold development standards. - Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and security guidelines. - Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
