Job Title Salesforce Manager Role Summary Drive the organization’s Salesforce strategy, ensuring the platform aligns with business objectives and supports long‑term growth. Lead cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize a Salesforce roadmap that enhances capabilities, streamlines processes, and improves data‑driven decision‑making. Expectations * Build and execute a strategic Salesforce vision that meets enterprise goals. * Own end‑to‑end implementation of complex, multi‑phase transformations. * Deliver measurable value through user adoption, change management, and ROI analysis. Key Responsibilities * Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders across Operations, Accounting, Business Development, Risk, Strategy, Marketing, etc., to define platform requirements. * Lead large‑scale Salesforce implementations, integrations, and platform transformations. * Develop and implement change management and adoption programs to ensure high user engagement. * Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and ROI tracking for Salesforce and related technologies. * Provide executive reporting on platform performance, adoption metrics, and business impact. * Guide data governance, security, and compliance initiatives within Salesforce. Required Skills * 10+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Administration. * 7+ years leading complex Salesforce implementations, integrations, and transformations. * Strong change management and user adoption experience, focusing on stakeholder engagement. * Proven budget management, vendor negotiation, and ROI measurement skills. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and data strategies. Required Education & Certifications * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field **OR** 8 years of equivalent experience. * Minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience in Salesforce administration and implementation. * Salesforce certifications (e.g., CA, As, or CP) preferred but not mandatory.
