**Job title**: Lead Frontend Engineer (React)
**Role Summary**:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web client solutions for game services. Own the full frontend application lifecycle—scope, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance—while mentoring teammates and setting technical direction.
**Expactations**:
- Design and implement robust, reusable UIs with React and related ecosystem.
- Own and evolve the frontend codebase, ensuring high quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver cohesive features.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Lead planning, estimation, and progress tracking using Agile practices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Architect and build front‑end components and micro‑frontend modules.
- Design API contracts with backend services and integrate RESTful endpoints.
- Drive code quality through unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
- Own documentation for architecture, coding standards, and deployment processes.
- Participate in product grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Evaluate and recommend tooling (Webpack, Node, npm, CI/CD) to optimize workflows.
**Required Skills**:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Deep experience with Webpack, Node.js, npm, and micro‑frontend patterns.
- Proven ability to integrate with RESTful APIs and collaborate with back‑end developers.
- Hands‑on expertise in unit, integration, and automated testing practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development workflows.
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and team‑leadership capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
