Job Description: Senior Compositor Role Summary: Senior Compositor responsible for creating high-quality visual effects composites for television and feature films. Collaborates with supervisors, VFX teams, and art directors to ensure technical and artistic excellence in all VFX deliverables. Expectations: - 5+ years of professional compositing experience in feature films and high-end television - Expert proficiency in Nuke - Demonstrated skill in 3D and stereo compositing, CG integration with multi-pass EXRs - Strong portfolio showcasing advanced artistic abilities in color, lighting, composition, perspective, and scale - Proven ability to solve complex design and effect challenges - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards - Effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills - Experience with collaborative tools such as Shotgun (preferred) - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet project deadlines Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality digital composites by seamlessly integrating multiple visual layers - Follow established visual style guides and artistic directions to maintain consistency - Troubleshoot and resolve technical or artistic design challenges in key VFX shots - Review and implement feedback from supervisors efficiently to ensure compliance with production standards - Collaborate with compositing supervisors and peers to achieve technical excellence and timely delivery Required Skills: - Advanced Nuke skills with experience in multi-pass EXR compositing - Mastery of 3D compositing techniques and CG asset integration - Strong artistic judgment encompassing color theory, lighting, and compositional balance - Problem-solving capabilities to address complex visual effects scenarios - Time management to meet tight production schedules in a team setting Required Education & Certifications: Not specified.
