Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce Service Cloud (F/H/X)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end transformation projects using Salesforce Service Cloud, serving as the primary technical and functional liaison with business stakeholders. Own requirement capture, solution design, configuration, and validation while driving Agile delivery and mentoring a cross‑functional BA/developer squad.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 7 years experience as a Business Analyst in large‑scale Salesforce implementations or maintenance projects.
- Multi‑certified Salesforce professional with extensive functional and technical mastery of Service Cloud and integrated ecosystems (Data Cloud, Agentforce).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑application solutions with strong integration (API, MuleSoft, Talend) and CTI considerations.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus but not mandatory.
- Hands‑on Agile experience using JIRA/Confluence; ability to manage sprints, backlogs, and risk.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the Service Cloud subject‑matter expert for client teams.
- Elicit, analyze, and challenge business requirements, translating them into clear, value‑driven user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Design process flows, use‑case diagrams, and solution architecture aligned with Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
- Estimate effort, draft project specifications, and collaborate on overall project plans.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, and progress reviews.
- Perform core Service Cloud configuration: case management, knowledge base, omni‑channel routing, email‑to‑case, web‑to‑case, flows, and custom objects.
- Lead, coach, and coordinate a squad of BAs and developers on configuration and custom development tasks.
- Define functional test cases from specifications, oversee testing, and ensure successful user acceptance.
- Deliver change management activities: training, documentation, and post‑go‑live support.
- Manage sprint backlogs, monitor workload, track risks, and report status to stakeholders.

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Commerce, Engineering, Data Marketing, or a related field with a focus on customer relationship or data analytics.
- At least three Salesforce certifications, including:
* Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
* Salesforce Certified Administrator
* Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Additional certifications in Data Cloud, Agentforce, or integration technologies are highly desirable.
