Job Description: **Job Title** Technical Lead – Mobile App Development **Role Summary** Lead a 10‑person React Native team building scalable, secure mobile applications for public transport solutions. Translate business needs into robust technical designs, drive the product roadmap, and ensure continuous integration, deployment, and performance excellence. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality mobile products that support real‑time public transport data. - Own CI/CD pipelines, API integration, and cloud infrastructure. - Mentor and coach developers, fostering growth and best practices. - Collaborate closely with backend, UX/UI, and QA teams. - Communicate technical decisions clearly to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage and mentor React Native developers. - Translate business requirements into technical architecture. - Design secure, maintainable, and scalable iOS/Android solutions. - Oversee CI/CD, API integrations, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, Firebase). - Conduct code reviews, enforce testing standards, and supervise deployments. - Optimize app performance and scalability. - Contribute to the mobile product roadmap and strategic planning. **Required Skills** - 8+ years mobile development experience, with deep expertise in React Native. - 4+ years in public transport or real‑time data domains. - Proficient in native iOS (Objective‑C/Swift) and Android (Java/Kotlin) integration. - Strong Git, CI/CD, and version control proficiency. - In‑depth knowledge of mobile architecture, security, and performance tuning. - Experience managing scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Firebase). - Proven Agile/Scrum leadership and mentoring skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Agile Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) preferred; AWS/Azure certifications a plus.
