Gateway 21 was purpose-built in 2023 to meet the needs of the digital asset industry in complying with the UK Financial Promotions Regime. The Firm was founded and is run by Carly Nuzbach Lowery, a regulatory thought leader with deep crypto, tech and tradfi experience, gained over nearly two decades at Linklaters, Barclays, Uber, Coinbase and Copper.
