Job Description
Job title: Senior Talent Partner (5 Month FTC) Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for priority leadership and L3+ roles across Product, Engineering, Sales, Design, Ops, and Finance to support Q1‑Q2 scaling. Own pipeline development, market mapping, outbound sourcing, and candidate experience. Partner with hiring teams to refine roles and ensure timely, high‑quality interview feedback. Deliver 4–5 critical hires within the contract period while improving systems and processes. Expactations: - Close 4–5 high‑impact leadership hires during the 5‑month FTC. - Maintain active, timely, and measurable hiring pipelines. - Provide consistent, data‑driven updates to stakeholders. - Demonstrate high candidate experience standards from first touch to offer. Key Responsibilities: - Own full hiring lifecycle for senior and high‑impact roles (kick‑off to offer). - Conduct market mapping and outbound sourcing; manage candidate pipelines. - Create and maintain structured scorecards; capture and share interview feedback. - Lead qualification calls to assess skills and values alignment. - Partner with hiring managers to translate vague briefs into clear role definitions, expectations, and impact areas. - Coordinate wash‑ups and calibration sessions for senior leaders. - Continuously assess and improve hiring processes and candidate experience. Required Skills: - Proven experience leading multiple concurrent hiring streams in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments. - Strong talent operations mindset: process ownership, blocker identification, system improvement. - Excellent outreach and sourcing capabilities; ability to engage passive candidates effectively. - Clear, intentional communication across written, verbal, and asynchronous mediums. - Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead confidently in ambiguity. - Strategic empathy and bias‑toward‑action in decision‑making. - High standards for candidate experience and a collaborative mindset. - Curiosity and continuous improvement orientation. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SP, HRCI) preferred but not mandatory.
