**Job Title:** Senior Completion & Commissioning Specialist
**Role Summary:**
Lead end‑to‑end commissioning activities for construction projects, ensuring delivery aligns with engineering specifications, quality standards, safety policies, and schedule. Oversee commissioning staff, contractors, and vendors, facilitate handover to clients, and drive continuous improvement of commissioning processes.
**Expectations:**
- Zero‑accident performance, strict adherence to HSE policies.
- Timely completion of commissioning milestones.
- Strong, trust‑based relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise commissioning specialists, contractors, vendors, and licensors; ensure compliance with contract terms and project plans.
- Manage and lead CRR4 (Completion/Commissioning Readiness Review) and replicate JSTEPS across project phases.
- Develop, implement, and optimize pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and preservation processes, incorporating contractual, schedule, reliability, maintenance, and change‑management requirements.
- Conduct training, coaching, and career development for commissioning staff; manage performance reviews, timesheets, mobilization, and demobilization.
- Identify potential hazards, enforce safety controls, and promote best practices per NEFS and company HSE standards.
- Liaise with client, operations, suppliers, and project teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth handover.
