**Job title** Marketing Specialist – THIEA **Role Summary** Lead product‑led marketing efforts for existing users of THIEA, driving awareness, adoption, and engagement of new features through targeted lifecycle campaigns, customer communications, and cross‑functional collaboration with Product and Customer Success teams. **Expectations** - Execute go‑to‑market and uptake plans for feature releases. - Design and run lifetime‑cycle campaigns that onboard, nurture, and retain customers. - Translate technical product updates into clear, customer‑centric messaging. - Analyze campaign metrics to refine tactics and report on ROI. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with Product Managers to understand roadmap priorities and support launch communication. - Develop messaging, collateral, and release notes for internal and external audiences. - Create and deploy targeted email, in‑product, and newsletter campaigns focused on adoption and retention. - Work with Customer Success Managers to capture user feedback and create enablement materials for support teams. - Track feature usage, engagement, and campaign performance; iterate strategies based on data insights. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in product, lifecycle, or customer marketing. - Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex technical features. - Cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and high attention to detail. - Analytical mindset for interpreting campaign data and driving continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - (Optional) Certifications in digital marketing, product marketing, or SaaS analytics.
