**Job Title:** Coding Specialist (Fluent in Chinese) – AI Trainer
**Role Summary:**
Engage with large‑language models to assess and improve code generation accuracy and natural language fluency in Chinese. Provide detailed evaluations, document failure modes, and recommend prompt and metric enhancements.
**Expactations:**
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, speaking).
- Deep expertise in software engineering concepts, algorithms, data structures, and modern development practices.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and document findings effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct real‑time conversations with AI on coding tasks, covering algorithms, asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, OOP, secure coding, and distributed system debugging.
- Verify logical accuracy, coding style, and best‑practice compliance of AI responses.
- Evaluate Chinese language usage for naturalness, correctness, and technical precision.
- Capture reproducible error traces, document failure modes, and propose improvements to prompts and evaluation metrics.
- Produce concise, actionable reports summarizing observations and recommendations.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
- Experience with asynchronous programming models, RESTful API design, and secure coding standards.
- Ability to debug complex, distributed systems and optimize performance.
- Technical writing and communication in Mandarin Chinese.
- Demonstrated metacognitive skill: “showing the work” and reasoning clearly.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field.
- Practical coding experience (industry or significant open‑source contributions).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or similar) are a plus.
