**Job Title**
Senior Power Platform Developer
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentor a team of developers, and shape how Power Platform is adopted across a public‑sector organization, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
**Expectations**
- Design and build robust solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and Dynamics 365 Custom Entity (CE).
- Act as a technical architect for Power Platform initiatives, driving best practices in architecture, development patterns, and integration strategies.
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering skill development and technical growth.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into high‑quality technical solutions.
- Ensure alignment with governance, security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions, including canvas and model‑driven apps, automations, and custom components.
- Lead technical discussions on architecture, integration, and deployment strategies.
- Mentor junior developers and provide coaching on best practices.
- Translate business requirements into functional, non‑functional, and technical specifications.
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.
**Required Skills**
- Extensive hands‑on experience developing enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong proficiency with Dynamics 365 CE (Field Service, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
- Deep knowledge of Dataverse, model‑driven apps, plugins, and custom development.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Webhooks).
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery environments.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead development teams.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-900, PL-100) or Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
