Mac/Windows Support Engineer - £300 - 4 day's remote - Outside IR35 - 2 to 3 months

We are seeking a skilled Mac/Windows Support Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in resolving mobile account issues, ADBind challenges, and have hands-on experience with Jamf. Additionally, a deep understanding of managing Enterprise-certified WiFi for multiple user MacBooks is crucial.

Requirements:
- Proficient in troubleshooting mobile account issues on both Mac and Windows platforms.
- Experienced in addressing ADBind issues efficiently.
- Hands-on knowledge of Jamf for effective device management.
- Expertise in configuring and managing Enterprise-certified WiFi for multiple user MacBooks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for Mac and Windows users, resolving mobile account and ADBind issues.
- Utilize Jamf for efficient device management and troubleshooting.
- Implement and manage Enterprise-certified WiFi solutions for multiple user MacBooks.
- Proven experience in Mac and Windows support roles.

Afin d’étoffer leur équipe Réseaux et Sécurité, mon client, hébergeur, est à la recherche de son/sa futur(e) Administrateur(rice) Réseaux et Sécurité.
Votre rôle :
Vous prenez en charge et résolvez les incidents de niveau 2 en interne et pour les différents clients de l’hébergeur.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Prendre en charge et assurer, à distance, le support de niveau 2 sur le périmètre Réseaux et Sécurité
Maintenir en conditions opérationnelles les datacenters et les infrastructures Cloud IaaS/DCaaS et PCA
Maintenir en conditions opérationnelles les infrastructures des clients
Rédiger les procédures pour les équipes N1 et N2
Mettre à jour les DAT et DEX
Participation à l’amélioration des processus
Veille technologique
Profil recherché :
De formation Bac +3 ou Diplômé(e) d’une école informatique, vous avez une première expérience réussie de minimum 2 ans dans des missions similaires.
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise technique et/ou une appétence de certains/la plupart de ces domaines :
Réseaux : Cisco, Arista, Juniper, HPE, Ruckus, Aruba, Huawei…
Sécurité : FortiGate, WatchGuard, Sophos, FortiManager…
