Job Description: Job Title: Marketing Designer Role Summary: Design and deliver high‑impact brand and marketing assets across digital and print platforms, driving visual consistency and user experience for a SaaS product. Expectations: - 5+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or design roles with a robust portfolio. - 2–3 years of design work in a startup, preferably SaaS. - Proven expertise creating responsive web pages in Framer. - Comfortable producing both digital (web, social) and large‑format print (booths, signage, brochures). - Prior UX experience or strong interest in user‑centric design. - Ability to work independently, prioritize quickly, and communicate effectively in a remote team. - Based in EMEA. Key Responsibilities: - Design, prototype, and ship marketing and product web pages on the company website using Framer. - Maintain and evolve the brand visual language across all marketing channels. - Produce visual assets for campaigns, events, and internal initiatives. - Create booth graphics, signage, and printed collateral for events. - Contribute UI design improvements for the product console. - Partner with growth, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure design consistency across projects. Required Skills: - Mastery of Framer for responsive web design. - Strong brand and marketing design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Figma). - Experience with product UI design and prototyping tools. - Competence in print production workflows and large‑format design. - Excellent written and verbal communication; adept at giving and receiving constructive feedback. - Self‑motivation, adaptability, and proficiency in remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Notion, Gather). Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
