Job title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer Role Summary: Deliver, maintain, and optimise Power BI dashboards and reports for the FP&A team, acting as the subject‑matter expert and driving data‑centric decision making during a finance transformation. Expectations: - Rapidly produce high‑impact visualisations that influence strategy. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across all outputs. - Coach colleagues on Power BI best practices. - Respond to urgent requests and cross‑functional analysis projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop intuitive, high‑performance Power BI dashboards and reports. - Build complex financial calculations using advanced DAX. - Extract, transform and load data from multiple systems via Power Query. - Collaborate closely with FP&A to capture evolving reporting needs and deliver timely solutions. - Validate and audit data to maintain quality and consistency. - Provide guidance and upskilling to non‑technical users on Power BI features. **Job title** Finance Business Partner – Transformation (Senior) **Role Summary** Act as the key financial partner to the Chief Transformation Officer, driving financial rigor, reporting, and benefit realization across a large‑scale transformation program. Provide insight and challenge to program leaders, ensuring robust financial control, transparent reporting, and maximized ROI. **Expectations** - Act as the financial liaison between the Transformation Office and the broader finance function. - Deliver high‑visibility, decision‑ready reporting to senior executives, steering committees, and boards. - Demonstrate credibility with senior stakeholders and influence strategy and investment decisions. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with the Chief Transformation Officer to deliver financial insights and challenge assumptions across the change portfolio. - Design and implement financial reporting frameworks tailored to transformation initiatives. - Track programme costs, investments, and run‑rate savings across multiple initiatives. - Own benefits realisation tracking, ensuring benefits are measured, validated, and reported. - Build, review, and challenge transformation business cases to maximise ROI. - Support programme‑level budgeting, forecasting, and re‑forecasting cycles. - Coordinate with FP&A, programme teams, and business units to maintain strong financial governance. - Identify financial risks and opportunities, develop mitigation plans, and advise program leadership. **Required Skills** - Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). - Proven experience in finance business partnering or programme finance. - Strong track record supporting large‑scale change or transformation programs. - Hands‑on experience with cost tracking, business case development, and benefits realisation. - Ability to operate in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. - Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. - Commercial acumen, detail orientation, and outcome‑driven mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification. - Equivalent finance qualification and relevant experience will be considered.
