Job Description
**Job Title:** Order Processing & Planning Coordinator **Role Summary:** Coordinate validation, scheduling, and monitoring of customer orders for broadcast‑centric production using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Act as the central liaison among Sales, Project Management, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure on‑time delivery, especially for high‑profile broadcast events. **Expactations:** - Deliver orders on schedule for major broadcast events (e.g., Olympics, World Cup). - Proactively adjust production plans to mitigate conflicts, last‑minute changes, or supply‑chain disruptions. - Maintain clear communication with all functional teams and support continuous improvement of planning workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** - Validate and schedule orders in D365, aligning with capacity and financial constraints. - Monitor work‑in‑progress, adjust schedules, and resolve bottlenecks. - Ensure material availability by coordinating with Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse. - Communicate planning updates, changes, and risks to Production, Engineering, and Management. - Support project planning for large‑scale initiatives, acting as the primary liaison across departments. - Identify and implement workflow improvements in collaboration with Warehouse, Shipping, Ops, Project, Procurement, and Product teams. - Develop and sustain expertise in D365 manufacturing and logistics modules. - Report to the Head of Manufacture & Supply and support Ops administration tasks as needed. **Required Skills:** - 2–4 years of order processing, production planning, or supply‑chain coordination (broadcast/media tech preferred). - Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially manufacturing and logistics modules. - Strong project coordination, multitasking, and cross‑functional team management. - Knowledge of lean manufacturing, scheduling techniques, and just‑in‑time delivery. - Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English, additional languages a plus. - Autonomous, proactive, agile, problem‑solving, team‑oriented, and resilient under pressure. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - ERP training or certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable.

Job Title: Incident Manager Role Summary: Lead the structured management of critical incidents (P1/P2) in broadcast equipment and platforms, ensuring rapid restoration, clear communication, and root‑cause analysis in line with ITIL best practices. Expectations: * Minimum 3 years Incident/Service Delivery experience in a technical or broadcast environment. * Proficiency with ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes. * Strong cross‑functional coordination, crisis‑management, and stakeholder communication skills. * Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous. Key Responsibilities: 1. Own incident response, restoration, and resolution workflows, prioritizing, categorizing, and documenting events. 2. Coordinate technical teams across domains to maintain best practices and service continuity. 3. Maintain and improve Incident Management metrics, KPIs, and reporting structures. 4. Manage incident backlog, focusing on long‑lasting issues. 5. Support Change Advisory Board activities, ensuring change requests are reviewed, tested, and approved. 6. Track change‑related incidents to identify process gaps. 7. Conduct Post‑Incident Reviews, document root causes, and assign corrective actions. 8. Identify patterns for Problem Management and recommend monitoring/tool enhancements. 9. Provide regular trend, availability, and change impact reports to leadership. Required Skills: * ITIL framework knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem). * Experience with service desk platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management, D365). * Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana). * Understanding of broadcast automation, encoding/transcoding, media asset management, or IP‑video workflows. * Experience in on‑premises and cloud (AWS, Azure) environments. * Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities under pressure. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). * ITIL Foundation v4 or higher (preferred).
