Job Description: **Job Title:** Startup Founder – AI Builder (Vibe Coding & Automation) **Role Summary:** Lead rapid development of AI‑driven products using no‑code, APIs, and AI agents. Prototype, launch, and iterate MVPs within days, testing in real public channels and scaling successful solutions. Drive product momentum, trend spotting, and community engagement while collaborating with technical and community builders. **Expactations:** - Launch a functional product prototype before the end of the first sprint. - Iterate based on real‑time public feedback and analytics. - Demonstrate ability to identify and capitalize on emerging cultural trends. - Build a user‑focused, usable MVP within a tight time frame. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and ship MVPs using no‑code tools, APIs, and AI agents. - Create engaging user experiences, even in early rough states. - Conduct public launches, gather feedback, and refine products iteratively. - Identify trend opportunities and integrate them into product roadmaps. - Collaborate with technical and community builders to scale validated solutions. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with no‑code platforms and API integration. - Experience building AI agents (ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, etc.). - Rapid prototyping and iteration mindset (“bias to action”). - Strong creative storytelling to turn ideas into usable products. - Ability to work fast, maintain momentum, and adapt on the fly. **Required Education & Certifications:** - No formal education requirement; proven experience in rapid product development preferred. - Certifications in relevant no‑code platforms or AI tools are a plus but not required.
