Salesforce Lead
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, delivery, and management of Salesforce solutions across the organization, acting as the primary solution architect and technical guide for Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom application development.
**Expectations**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Design end‑to‑end Salesforce solutions, identifying gaps between current and desired states.
- Create and maintain solution design documents understandable by technical and business stakeholders.
- Build proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) and author detailed technical specifications.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; provide guidance on adoption and platform integrity.
- Partner with business analysts to generate user stories and manage backlogs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system or user issues, providing escalation support.
- Educate the team on platform usage, coding standards, security policies, and deployment best practices.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering.
- Manage resources, set priorities, review progress, and deliver on schedules.
- Apply Agile (Kanban/Scrum) practices to development and delivery.
**Required Skills**
- 5+ years in Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud architecture and implementation.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce development: Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components/LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, migration tools, and custom objects.
- Expertise in UI/UX using Lightning, LWC, and web technologies (HTML, XML, JavaScript).
- Proven experience leading discovery, requirement definition, story creation, and design documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- 2+ years of people management (hiring, goal setting, performance coaching).
- Experience with Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum).
- Aptitude for rapid learning and adoption of new technologies and packages.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
