Job Description: Job Title: Remote Architectural Positions – Assistant to Senior Architect Role Summary Collaborative remote contractor roles for architects at all levels, from Assistants to Senior Architects. Positions focus on early concept and design‑planning stages for international residential, hospitality, and mixed‑use projects. Work is entirely virtual, with daily check‑ins and project‑specific team membership. Expectations - Independent contractor; operate through own limited company. - Full‑time remote work; manage own schedule for focused design periods. - Participate in daily virtual team meetings and deliverables. - Matchable to projects based on expertise: early‑stage design, strategic concept, or technical delivery. Key Responsibilities - Develop initial concepts, mass‑bodies, and schematic design for new projects. - Produce design briefs, concept sketches, storyboard, and spatial proposals. - Conduct early design workshops and stakeholder presentations. - Prepare early‑stage drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations) for client and council review. - Collaborate with designers on specialist deliverables (lighting, interior, facade). - Maintain project documentation, design history, and progress reports. - Support later‑phase technical detailing when required.
